We are currently seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Environment and Facility Advisor to work in our Building Automation team to be based in our ISC site at Baulkham Hills, Sydney. This role will provide subject matter expertise to the Honeywell Building Automation Business across Australia and be the key point of contact within the allocated district. Reporting to the Pacific ISC Operation Manager, the role will assist site & functional leaders in delivering the HSE Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive the company's safety culture.
- Diploma or qualifications in Health, Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene or other appropriate qualification related to HSE
- 7+ years' experience in driving and deploying HSE in manufacturing industry
- 3+ years maintenance or facilities management experience (preferred)
- Knowledgeable in HSE compliance, emerging regulations, and trends
- Experience with ISO Certifications
- Strong influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience undertaking site audits and inspection
