The Role As Principal Analyst, you will provide strategic performance analysis, insights, and advice to support the Corporate Services Group in achieving its objectives and delivering effective outcomes. You will deliver meaningful performance reporting and evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Group Executive, General Managers, Outcome Managers and other key stakeholders, you will act as a trusted business partner, using data-driven insights to facilitate informed discussions, identify underlying business challenges and uncover opportunities for improvement. The role requires the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling business cases that support organisational change and performance outcomes. Managing a diverse performance and improvement program of work across multiple branches, you will build strong relationships with senior leaders, influence decision-making and drive collaboration to achieve strategic priorities. Success in this role requires a combination of advanced analytical capability, process improvement and business consulting expertise, stakeholder engagement skills and strong leadership, including responsibility for leading and developing a Senior Business Analyst.
