Your Team
The Disclosure team is part of CFS's Superannuation & Investments (S&I) business unit which is accountable for delivering investment, superannuation and retirement products to our customers. The S&I business unit is led by the CEO - CFS Super who has fiduciary and compliance responsibilities to ensure all CFS businesses manage risks effectively in customers best interests.

The Disclosure Manager reports to the Director, Disclosure. The team sits within the broader Product Risk and Governance team. The Disclosure team is responsible for managing the end-to-end production and safe delivery of all CFS offer documents for investment, super and retirement products, and ensures that our disclosure material is compliant, customer centric and is produced in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with CFS policies

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all disclosure is up-to-date, accurate and compliant

  • Ensuring a streamlined and efficient due diligence process is undertaken

  • Engaging and managing internal stakeholders including SMEs, Legal, DDC, product and project teams etc inputting into any disclosure updates

  • Providing advice and guidance to the business on all disclosure matters

  • Understanding and applying regulatory change to disclosure

  • Keeping all associated forms up to date and in line with changes made during the PDS process

  • Assisting the team with constant development & refinement of the PDS production process in line with simplification measures or legislative changes

  • Managing any compliance breaches or risk matters that impact disclosure materials.

  • Assisting the team to meet their compliance obligations

  • When relevant, representing the Disclosure team at internal Project team meetings where the project deliverables impact disclosure.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Proven experience in financial services

  • Previous experience in the preparation of PDSs and other disclosure materials (preferable) or equivalent document management and approval processes

  • Good working knowledge of Objective Keystone software (highly desirable)

  • Great attention to detail

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations governing the disclosure process

  • Ability to manage and consistently meet deadlines

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels (i.e. ability to lead, negotiate and work within a team culture)

  • Technical knowledge relevant to superannuation and investments industry (i.e. legal, tax, product and financial concepts)

  • Strong technical skills in MS Office, ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Good knowledge of CFS products, systems and business (preferable)

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification/s

  • RG146 or relevant other industry related qualifications (desirable)
