Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026. 1 Permanent Part-Time position, 64 hours per fortnight Classification - Registered Nurse Grade 2 Based at Sandringham Hospital Staff benefits The Role We are seeking a Registered Nurse with recent surgical experience to join our Ward G2 team at Sandringham Hospital. Working across a 24/7 rotating roster in Ward G2, which specialises in General Surgical, Gynaecology & Orthopaedic procedures. Additionally, we operate a busy Day Procedure Unit - you will receive training and supernumerary time and will rotate through regularly. As a successful clinical nurse, your practice will be essential to providing excellence in nursing; you understand the values of patient-centred care and are experienced at building respect and trust with your patients, their families, and your colleagues. Skills Your excellent clinical and communication skills will enable you to work as part of the team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to facilitate timely delivery of quality care to both our elective and emergency cohort of patients.
