We're looking for two experienced Team Leader Gardener to run a mobile crew across Eastern and Western Sydney delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role
You will:
- Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
- Plan daily works and allocate tasks
- Ensure sites meet contract standards
- Operate zero-turn and out-front mowers
- Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & planting
- Undertake weed spraying & pest control
- Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
- Deliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites
This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll lead from the front.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in horticulture / parks & gardens / landscaping
- Previous team leading or supervisory experience preferred
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
- White Card
- Strong safety focus
- Pride in workmanship
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
