We're looking for two experienced Team Leader Gardener to run a mobile crew across Eastern and Western Sydney delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role

You will:

• Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
• Plan daily works and allocate tasks
• Ensure sites meet contract standards
• Operate zero-turn and out-front mowers
• Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & planting
• Undertake weed spraying & pest control
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
• Deliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites

This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll lead from the front.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in horticulture / parks & gardens / landscaping
• Previous team leading or supervisory experience preferred
• Current Driver's Licence (essential)
• White Card
• Strong safety focus
• Pride in workmanship
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
