About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of remote village services contracts across Western Australia and Queensland.
Overseeing multiple client contracts and sites, including major operations across the Pilbara and remote regional locations, you will provide strategic leadership across integrated catering, cleaning, retail, tavern, and accommodation services supporting hundreds of residents and a large workforce across the portfolio.
As a senior leader within our Facility Management business, you will be accountable for contract performance, financial outcomes, client relationships, governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leading a team of Operations Managers, Village Managers, and frontline leaders, you will ensure consistent service delivery standards while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer-focused performance.
This is a highly visible role requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational leadership, with responsibility for driving sustainable growth, strengthening client partnerships, delivering commercial outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance resident and customer experiences across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight across multiple client contracts and remote village operations.
- Lead and support Operations Managers and Village Managers to deliver safe, high-quality, and consistent services across all locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnership success.
- Drive portfolio-wide operational excellence, governance, compliance, and service delivery performance.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor contractual performance against KPIs, service agreements, and commercial objectives.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and innovation initiatives that enhance resident and customer experiences.
- Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support contract retention, growth opportunities, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Ensure effective workforce planning and capability development across multiple sites and contracts.
- Foster a strong culture of safety, leadership, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site services operations within facilities management, remote village services, hospitality, accommodation, mining, resources, or related sectors.
Your background may include positions such as Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Contract Manager, General Manager, Village Manager, or Senior Operations Leader, where you have successfully led geographically dispersed teams, managed complex client relationships, and delivered strong commercial and operational outcomes across multiple sites or contracts.
You are a strategic and commercially astute leader who can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement across a diverse operational portfolio.
Additionally, you will have:
- Proven experience managing multi-site and multi-client service delivery operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
- Experience leading operational leaders and large multidisciplinary workforces across geographically dispersed locations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and contractual performance.
- Strong capability preparing and presenting operational, financial, and executive-level reporting.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, innovation, and customer experience initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Current unrestricted manual driver's licence.
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (highly regarded but not essential).
- Previous experience within mining, resources, remote village, hospitality, or facilities management environments will be highly regarded.
