What You’ll Be Doing

• Spend 80% of your time on the floor, leading service and wowing our guests, with the remaining 20% dedicated to admin and reporting tasks

• Lead and mentor a high-energy team to deliver seamless, top-tier service
• Creating a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests
• Driving efficiency in operations and ensuring smooth lunch and dinner service
• Training, mentoring, and developing FOH team members
• Oversee stock, budgets, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor (or similar leadership role)
• A natural host who thrives on guest interactions and creating memorable experiences
• A proactive and hands-on leader who loves being on the floor
• Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and service excellence
• Someone looking to grow into a senior hospitality leadership role
