Your Role
As Senior Florist, your days will be spent surrounded by beautiful blooms, working with couples, event organisers, and internal teams to create stunning floral designs. As a key point of contact for clients, you'll conduct consultations, understand their vision and budget, prepare quotations, and bring their ideas to life through exceptional floral styling.

- Design and create premium floral arrangements for weddings and events
- Conduct client consultations and develop customised floral concepts
- Prepare quotations based on client requirements and budgets
- Assist management with the supervision of the store and team
- Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support sales and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with stock ordering and inventory control
- Complete opening and end-of-day procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
- Assist with the training and development of new team members
What we're looking for
You are a talented and creative florist with a genuine passion for weddings and special events. You combine artistic flair with exceptional attention to detail and enjoy working closely with clients to create floral designs that exceed their expectations.
To be successful, you will need:
- Certificate III in Floristry (Essential)
- Extensive floristry experience with a strong focus on weddings
- Current Driver Licence (Essential)
- Strong creative flair and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence conducting client consultations and preparing quotations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and around event schedules
