Your new role

As a Product Designer (12month maximum term contract), you'll design and deliver high-quality, usercentred digital experiences across key member journeys. You'll take ownership of features and projects, translating business requirements into intuitive, buildready solutions while working closely with Product and Engineering. With a strong focus on execution, you'll contribute to improving design quality, consistency, and accessibility across the Fund.


In this role, you'll:

  • Own the design and delivery of features or projects within defined problem spaces
  • Translate requirements and problem statements into clear, user-centred design solutions
  • Produce high-quality outputs including user flows, wireframes and build-ready UI designs
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to deliver feasible solutions
  • Apply and contribute to design systems, standards and accessibility requirements
  • Conduct research, testing and iteration to continuously improve design outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Experience in product design, UX and UI within digital environments
  • Strong execution skills and ability to deliver build-ready design solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Engineers
  • Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and user-centred design
  • Experience supporting research activities such as usability testing and concept validation
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
