• Monday to Friday roster

Back of House Supervisor

• $38.32 per hour + 12% Super
• Lead stores, inventory and kitchen support operations
• Monday to Friday roster

Store Team Leader

• $34.32 per hour + Super
• Inventory, stock control and warehouse leadership
• Morning shifts, Monday to Friday

Kitchen Hand Team Leader

• $31.22 per hour + 12% Super
• Lead kitchen hand operations within a large-scale hospitality environment

Front of House Opportunities

Barista

• $29.84 per hour + Super
• Full-time opportunities
• Deliver exceptional coffee experiences in state-of-the-art cafe environments

Food & Beverage Attendant

• From $27.47 per hour + Super
• Part-time opportunities
• Work across cafes, micro-kitchens and hospitality spaces

Hospitality Team Leaders

Kitchen Hand

• Full-Time: $28.14 per hour + Super
• Casual: $27.09 per hour + 25% Casual Loading
• Monday to Friday opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering exceptional food, beverage and hospitality experiences
• Preparing and serving premium coffee and beverages
• Supervising teams and supporting daily operations
• Managing stock, inventory and goods receipting
• Kitchen support, food preparation and cleaning
• Ensuring food safety, HACCP and WHS compliance
• Building strong relationships with Google employees and guests
• Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced workplace culture

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced in cafes, restaurants, catering or corporate hospitality
• Strong communicators with excellent presentation
• Reliable, organised and proactive

Leadership roles require previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
