The Position

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Managing the team to complete the set up, catering and breakdown
• Ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish
• Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met
• Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise
• Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue during events.
• Providing exceptional customer service

The Person

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA
• Ability to use Microsoft office
