We have multiple opportunities to join our growing Queensland Water team, where you'll play a key role in delivering design and documentation for major, highprofile programs of work. You'll also contribute to national projects through our National CAD / Digital Engineering (DE) team, giving you exposure beyond your local market.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll combine strong technical capability with collaboration and leadership to deliver complex water infrastructure projects. You will:
- Apply modelling software and analytics techniques to deliver highquality water solutions
- Contribute design and modelling expertise across water and wastewater networks, pumping stations, and treatment systems, or from mining, industrial, or broader infrastructure sectors
- Generate and manage BIMcompliant federated models, including clash detection, reporting, and data management aligned with client BIM/CAD standards
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and clients to deliver coordinated, constructible outcomes
- Take a leadership role on projects-facilitating meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions
- Challenge the status quo through innovative thinking and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong technical judgement across all project stages, from concept through to delivery
About You
We value diverse experience and are seeking Designers with proven capability in water infrastructure, including networks and utilities, pumping stations, and WTP / WWTP facilities.
You'll ideally bring:
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Project experience across water management, utilities, or complex infrastructure environments
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Advanced Steel, and Civil 3D
- Experience working with point cloud survey data (highly regarded)
This position can be based in Gold Coast.
