National Manager, Trade and Invoice Finance

How will I help?

As National Manager, Trade & Invoice Finance, you will lead the growth of one of Westpac's most strategically important specialist businesses. Reporting to the Managing Director, Specialised Sales, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, deepening customer relationships and increasing market share across Trade and Invoice Finance.

Working closely with leaders across Business & Wealth, Consumer and Institutional Banking, you will champion a whole-of-bank approach, connecting customers to the full breadth of Westpac's capabilities. You will lead a national team of specialist sales professionals, build a high-performance culture, and drive strong customer, financial and risk outcomes.

This is a role for a recognised trade banking leader who can translate deep product expertise into customer growth, sales performance and enterprise outcomes.

What do I need?

We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing specialist banking teams.

Trade finance experience is essential. You will bring deep expertise in trade and working capital solutions, with a strong understanding of broader commercial banking and customer value creation.

You have demonstrated success driving growth through a whole of bank to whole of customer approach, bringing together multiple product and coverage teams to deepen relationships, increase product penetration and deliver better customer outcomes.

You are commercially astute, highly credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable leading through complexity. Most importantly, you are a leader who develops talent, creates accountability and consistently delivers sustainable growth.
