The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper's core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.
The role
In this 12 months max term position, you will be accountable for UniSuper's end-user computing (EUC) and workplace technology platforms, while leading the technical delivery of major workplace programs. This role manages the technology landscape that enables everyday collaboration, connectivity and workplace experiences across the organisation.
Lead and manage the workplace technology portfolio to deliver secure, reliable and business-aligned platforms.
Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve self-service across workplace technology services.
Deliver technology roadmaps that balance business demand, lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
Lead the delivery of workplace technology initiatives including office moves, refurbishments and transformation programs.
Manage technical planning, budgets, risks, vendors and delivery activities to achieve successful outcomes.
Ensure workplace technology activities align with UniSuper's risk and compliance obligations, including CPS234 and CSP230 requirements.
Improve stakeholder alignment across business, property, facilities and technology teams.
Monitor vendor, licensing and commercial arrangements to maximise value and maintain compliance.
This role reports to Head of Workplace Technology.
About you
You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in end-user computing, workplace technology and infrastructure delivery. You enjoy solving complex problems, adapting to changing priorities and delivering outcomes through collaboration and sound judgement.
Demonstrated experience in EUC, workplace technology or technical infrastructure delivery, including vendor management.
Extensive experience delivering technology for major workplace or facilities programs across multiple functions and processes.
Demonstrated experience managing vendor and MSP relationships.
Proven track record delivering workplace technology programs with a focus on schedule, budget and risk management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business, property, facilities and technology functions.
Tertiary qualifications in business or technology, or equivalent work and managerial experience.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems in a measured and creative way.
Results focused, adaptable and outcome driven.
