We are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst who has worked extensively in insurance product environments and understands the complexities of delivering product change within regulated financial services organisations. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive analysis, define requirements, shape solutions, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
How do you exceed ourexpectations?
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, product lifecycle management and product governance.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering insurance product change projects.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, gap analysis and dependency mapping across end-to-end product processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills including a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively across the most senior levels of the organisation.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with at least 5 years' experience in business analysis.
