What You'll Do
Support annual performance and development processes
Assist with remuneration reviews and incentive programs
Conduct job evaluation and job levelling activities
Provide reward and remuneration advice to stakeholders
Support gender pay equity analysis and reporting
Coordinate salary survey submissions and market benchmarking
Analyse remuneration and performance data
Develop communications for reward initiatives across the business
What You'll Bring
Experience in HR, People & Culture or remuneration
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work with confidential information
Exposure to job evaluation and market remuneration data
Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
