What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver school and community bushcare programs
  • Facilitate planting, weeding and watering activities
  • Support biodiversity volunteers across reserves
  • Lead safety inductions and site briefings
  • Coordinate tools, PPE and resources
  • Monitor program KPIs and participation data
  • Liaise with schools and stakeholders
  • Support environmental education events

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Qualification in environmental or related field
  • Practical conservation and bushcare experience
  • Experience working with schools and volunteers
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound planning and organisational abilities
  • Microsoft 365 reporting proficiency
  • Current C-Class Driver's Licence
  • Working With Children Check
