Your function:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team on a 3-month contract, working 2-3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience across human resources and payroll administration in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Working closely with the HR Coordinator and Payroll team, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities while gaining exposure to employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, payroll administration, and compliance requirements.

Day to day:

  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records in HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration
  • Prepare employment-related documentation
  • Support payroll administration activities and documentation
  • Maintain employee files and ensure records are complete and up to date
  • Assist with reporting and data validation exercises
  • Assist with HR projects and team initiatives
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field
  • Has strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Is comfortable working with data and administrative processes
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Is eager to learn and gain hands-on HR experience
