Job summary

The role is primarily focused on leading and coaching a team of developers in supporting, maintaining and further developing Easy Employer's platform.

Scope and Magnitude

Position has impact on Easy Employer's client base Australia-wide

Position Functions

Coach and lead development team to deliver assigned tasks, functions and larger projects

Maintain existing software applications, including bug fixes

Develop major and minor enhancements to software functionality

Perform testing on existing and developed software applications

Provide input and leadership on existing and potential software applications and projects

Communicate Development Team progress against goals and deadlines

Direct liaison with clients to determine and execute specific individual software requirements

Working Relationships

Report to take direction from and work in conjunction with Software and Technology Director (direction, guidance, policy and procedures)

Manage, Lead and Coach Junior Developer team

Work in conjunction with Helpdesk team (technical advice, troubleshooting, client

feedback)

Communicate directly with clients (deliver software requirements)
