About the Role Join Zinfra as a Planner supporting the Delivery of Maintenance Services Agreement (DOMSA) withAusNet. Based in Benalla, this pivotal roleis responsible forpreparing and planning work packages that enable the safe,efficientandtimelydelivery of maintenance programs across the electricity distribution network. Working in a fast-paced operational environment where accountability matters and sound judgement is valued,you'llcoordinate resources, services and scheduling activities to ensure field crews can execute work safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to customers. About You You'rea practical and accountable planning professional who thrives in a dynamic operational environment. You bring strong technical capability, soundjudgementand asolutions-focused mindset. Resilient under pressure and genuinely collaborative in your approach,you'recomfortable working through complexity, making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes. Key Responsibilities Scoping work packages accurately to ensure crews cancommenceand complete tasks without delay or rework. Coordinating materials,servicesand fleet to be available on-site at the right time for seamless execution. Packaging work efficiently tooptimisetravel time, reduce supplyinterruptionsand enhance customer satisfaction. Preparing robust planning folders with all required documentation to support efficient field delivery. Validating and updating Reasonable Estimates (REs) to ensureaccurateplanning and resource allocation. Booking third-party services such as civil works and traffic management to supporttimelydelivery. Undertaking system transactions including scheduling and planning entries to support operational readiness. Conducting site visits to assess safe and efficient delivery methodologies tailored to each location. Notifying relevant authorities and securing equipment to meet compliance and operational standards. Ensure your resume highlights Extensive experience in electrical network planning,constructionor maintenance. Strong capability using Microsoft Word,Exceland GIS mapping tools such as I-View. Experience preparing and lodging switching sheets witha high levelof accuracy and compliance. Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements and VESI standards. The ability to manage competing priorities in complex operational environments. Strong communicationskills and experience working across field and office-based teams.
