Some of your day to day tasks: Deliver friendly and efficient service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systems Promptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframes Analyze customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunities Inform customers about new products and services when applicable Our Ideal Candidate will have: Experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred but not essential A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve results Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you don't have previous experience but have a proactive and reliable personality; we'd love to hear from you too!
