About the role We're looking for a motivated Technologist to join our dedicated team at the Glendenning Field Service Centre. You'll play a key role in constructing HV Switchyards, installing and wiring Protection and Control Panels, and maintaining associated equipment of Zone and Transmission Substations across Transmission North. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to external projects with our partners or in other regions, depending on operational needs. Essential requirements Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Proven strong safety awareness and commitment Proven ability to work effectively in small teams Self-motivated and open to ongoing training Desirable Wiring Large Control Panels Understanding Schematical and Mechanical Drawings Experience in a high-voltage (HV) industry Familiarity with the construction and maintenance of Zone and Transmission Substations Previous work in HV environments Class C or MR driver's licence Fibre Optics Splicing Trained For further information, please contact [email protected] Applications close - 23 August 2026.
