About the Role
UGL is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our Energy & Industrial team. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of electrical engineering designs for renewable energy and power generation projects.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients, you'll contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and tendering through to design, commissioning and project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver electrical engineering designs in accordance with project and company requirements.

• Coordinate design activities across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Review, verify and approve engineering designs and technical documentation.

• Manage technical interfaces between stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Support tendering activities, technical proposals and design cost estimates.

Your Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in power generation or renewable energy projects.

• Experience working within engineering design and project delivery environments.

• Ability to coordinate and supervise technical design activities.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
