Role Summary:

As an integral part of the Go-to Market team, you will be instrumental in driving the retention and expansion of our existing customer base. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing our small and middle tier client accounts, cultivating strong relationships, identifying revenue opportunitiesand delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a valued member of the Eftsure team you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Technical Support teams, to provide comprehensive support to clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and best practices to optimize their use of Eftsure's platform.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to address any concerns or areas for improvement.

  • Track account health metrics, analyse trends, and proactively address churn risks with the assistance of the Retentions team

  • Make at least 40 touch points a day

  • Book a minimum 40 meetings a month

  • Run the full sales cycle from meeting to closing upsell/cross deals

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales in a SaaS environment.

  • Experience using CRM systems to effectively manage customer relationships and sales pipelines (HubSpot preferred)

  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering measurable value

  • Proven success in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
