WSP's Safety & Compliance team is a recognised leader in Property Risk and Compliance services, including Essential Fire Safety Measures (EFSM) consulting services. We support clients across a diverse range of sectors and property portfolios. Due to continued growth in demand for our specialist services, we are seeking a Technical Executive, Essential Fire Safety Measures to provide technical leadership, drive business growth, and strengthen client relationships across our national portfolio.
As a Technical Executive, Essential Fire Safety Measures you'll:
- Lead and drive growth in WSP's EFSM consulting services and practices.
- Establish, implement and continuously optimise systems, digital tools and workflows that improve EFSM service delivery.
- Prepare tenders, bids and proposals and secure portfolio-scale programs of work.
- Represent WSP as a recognised technical leader in EFSM services.
- Develop, maintain and grow key client relationships and project portfolios.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Lead site inspections and assessments of Essential Fire Safety Measures.
- Witness and assess Systems Interface Testing (SIT).
- Provide technical advice, reports and quality assurance reviews.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in EFSM consulting.
- Proven business development and client relationship management success.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, codes and standards relating to fire safety compliance.
- Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring others.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
