At Asahi Beverages, sustainability is a strategic priority embedded across our business. We're looking for an experienced Sustainability Manager to bring structure, insight and momentum to a program of work that continues to grow in complexity and importance.

Asahi Beverages has an ambitious sustainability program, and this role will play a key part in shaping how priorities are coordinated, decisions are supported and progress is communicated across the organisation. You will help connect teams, strengthen ways of working and translate complex information into clear, practical outputs for senior leaders.

Success in this role means creating clarity, improving cross-functional alignment and helping leaders make informed decisions that support meaningful sustainability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will act as a trusted partner across the organisation, coordinating complex programs of work, driving governance rhythms, preparing executive materials and helping ensure sustainability remains integrated into business decision-making.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious sustainability function and play a key role in influencing how sustainability is embedded across a large and complex organisation.

About You

You are an experienced sustainability, reporting or governance professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex, cross-functional work.

You are confident working in matrixed environments, engaging senior stakeholders and translating complex sustainability concepts into clear, practical business outcomes.

You'll bring strength across the following areas:

  • Sustainability and governance expertise: demonstrated experience across sustainability strategy, reporting, governance processes and complex governance environments
  • Project and priority management: strong project management capability, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams at the same time
  • Senior stakeholder engagement: confidence partnering with senior leaders, influencing outcomes and facilitating productive conversations across diverse groups
  • Executive communication: excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, papers, presentations, recommendations and options for decision makers
  • Reporting and disclosure knowledge: a strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks, disclosure requirements and the importance of accurate, insight-led reporting
