About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Corporate Applications team and play a key role in supporting projects and business improvement initiatives across People & Culture, Finance and other corporate platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitating workshops, meetings and requirement discussions.
  • Mapping current and future state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting solution design, testing, user acceptance activities and business readiness.
  • Managing requirement traceability, risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.
  • Contributing to training, communications and adoption activities to ensure successful outcomes.


What You'll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders

Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities

A proactive mindset and motivation to explore AI, automation and new technologies to improve ways of working and business outcomes

Enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn and grow

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes and user stories

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency across the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and agile delivery environments


Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous, but is not a requirement:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools and processes
  • Experience working within portfolio, project and agile delivery frameworks
  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Microsoft Dynamics / D365
  • HRIS platforms and related business systems
