About the Role

DoorDash is looking for an Associate Manager to join the New Verticals, Enterprise Partnerships team, to help promote and execute the strategy for our largest partnerships in our Retail and Grocery verticals. Given the scale of our key partners, you will be an essential piece of DoorDash's success in Australia. As an Associate Manager on the New Verticals, Enterprise Partnerships team you'll help execute growth plans, improve quality, and deliver data insights.

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in office (Sydney) and 2 days remote.

What you'll do...

  • Manage a key book of business within the Retail space
  • Engage with retail partners to grow sales, improve quality, and deliver data insights
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash teams, particularly with our growth, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
  • Execute a growth strategy across some of our largest retail partners, including large scale growth initiatives as well as tactical, targeted campaigns
  • Oversee partner specific needs (e.g., POS (point of sale) integrations, customised reporting, catalogue optimisation, merchant marketing, operational improvements)
  • Build direct relationships with key contacts throughout each partner, ensuring client needs are met at all levels
  • You will report directly to the Manager of Retail Partnerships

We're excited about you because you...

  • Have 5+ years of experience working in Partnerships, Client Management or Sales.
  • Have experience with data, specifically SQL
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Love working directly with clients; you create and maintain long-term relationships
  • Know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear goals
