About the Role


Community Mental Health Service is committed to the provision of quality health services to the mental health community. The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of a range of administrative support and clerical duties associated with the Canterbury and Camperdown Community Mental Health Centre. This includes answering client enquiries via the phone and in person and directing these enquiries in a professional manner to the appropriate person/services.

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in the provision of administration functions and clerical duties, and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a high-volume work environment.
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills with excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service skills including ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
