About the Role

As a Graduate Consultant,you'llwork directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve businessoutcomesand support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role whereyou'llact as an advisor,facilitatorand analyst across a range of exciting engagements

You'llgain experience in:

• Project delivery and execution

• Business analysis and stakeholder engagement

• Process design,improvementand implementation

• Customer and user experience mapping

• Data insights and remediation

• Agile and human-centred design methods

Ideal candidates will be:

• Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2026) inBusiness/Finance, Economics, InformationTechnologyor related field

• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Strong in critical thinking,analysisand written communication

• Interested insuperannuation,financialservicesor consulting

• Team-oriented,proactiveand adaptable

• Australian citizens or permanent residents,Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
