Your New Role

Join our Colleague Connection Communications team and help bring important stories, initiatives and strategic priorities to life across the Fund. As a Communications Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating, coordinating and delivering engaging internal communications that keep colleagues informed, connected and aligned to our purpose. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll manage content, maintain communication channels and use insights to continuously improve the colleague experience.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Create engaging content across a variety of channels including SharePoint, Viva Engage, video, digital screens and colleague events.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal communication campaigns that support strategic business initiatives.
  • Manage communication schedules and content calendars to ensure timely and effective delivery of key messages.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand communication needs and provide support and advice.
  • Monitor channel performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Create visual and multimedia content that helps bring stories, initiatives and priorities to life.
  • Contribute to an engaging and connected colleague experience through effective internal communications.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in communications, marketing, journalism agency or a related field.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into engaging content.
  • Experience managing digital communication channels including video, and creating content for different audiences.
  • Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail when developing written, visual and multimedia communications.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Canva and the Microsoft 365 suite will be highly regarded.
