Senior Full Stack Engineer - Growth & Monetisation

Sydney Full-time On-site/hybrid

Self-serve consumers and enterprise seats run through the same billing and activation paths. This role owns the money and the funnel.

What you'll do

• Build and own monetisation: plans, paywalls, subscriptions, credit and usage metering, auto top-up, access control and revenue share.

• Own onboarding and activation end to end - signup, first task, first genuine result - and the experiments that improve them.

• Build the analytics and experimentation foundations: events, funnels, attribution and A/B tests, so decisions come from data rather than opinion.

• Work directly with payment providers and their failure modes: declines, webhooks, disputes and platform-specific quirks.

What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years full-stack with shipped experience in payments, subscriptions or growth surfaces.

• TypeScript/React and Python, plus SQL fluency - you can answer your own funnel question.

• Comfort owning a metric, not only a backlog.
