At Prince Alfred College we offer a high-quality Outside School Hours and Vacation Care service that delivers engaging and developmentally-appropriate programs to Preparatory School aged children. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director Outside School Hours Care to join our dedicated OSHC team.
The Assistant Director OSHC will support the Director OSHC in the day-to-day operations and administration of the OSHC and Vacation Care programs; they will also support the delivery of engaging and safe OSHC and Vacation Care programs that meet the needs of individual children. The successful applicant will have a focus on compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP), have experience developing procedures from policy, and working well in a team.
Working closely with the Director, the Assistant Director will create a collaborative leadership team focussed on continuous improvement and creating outstanding outcomes. The Assistant Director will be required to supervise other OSHC staff and deputise for the Director at times.
The role is being offered as permanent part-time, 24 hours per week.
