The Position

• Lead frontofhouse operations to ensure seamless and professional lounge service
• Uphold premium lounge presentation standards and maintain clean, organized and welcoming environments
• Coordinate and support basic food preparation to meet service timelines
• Oversee buffet and beverage station management including proactive replenishment and quality checks
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve service issues promptly
• Guide, mentor and support team members to uphold Compass Group standards

The Person

• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
• Personal transport preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
• Wellpresented, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain efficiency during peak travel periods
• Strong safety and compliance mindset with an understanding of secure airport operations
• Willing to undergo a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
