We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Lending Products to join our International Card Services (ICS) Product team. Working alongside the Product Manager, you'll help shape and grow our Credit Card and Lending portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic product management and hands-on execution. You'll contribute to shaping product direction while also owning the day-to-day activities that keep our Lending Card products running effectively-from coordinating product changes and governance activities, to analysing portfolio performance and delivering regulatory initiatives. It's ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems and collaborating to make things happen.

- Experience in Product Management, Financial Services, Marketing or another commercial discipline.
- Sound commercial acumen and enjoys using data to identify opportunities and solve business problems.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple priorities.
- Enjoys operational execution and is comfortable owning detailed, process-driven work alongside larger product initiatives.

Product Delivery & Execution
- Support the execution of the Lending Product strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements, benefit refreshes and portfolio initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Develop business requirements, manage implementation activities and validate product changes across customer and operational touchpoints.
- Drive the day-to-day operational management of your portfolio, ensuring strong adherence to controls and compliance.
Portfolio Management & Governance
- Monitor product performance across key metrics including lending balances, spend, profitability and customer engagement, using data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Support commercial analysis and business cases that inform product decisions and investment priorities.
- Maintain product collateral, disclosures and digital assets, ensuring they remain accurate, compliant and customer-friendly.
- Support regulatory reviews, audits, governance activities and risk remediation in partnership with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams.
- Coordinate recurring product reviews, operational processes and reporting.
Collaboration & Customer Focus
- Build strong relationships across Product, Compliance, Finance, Servicing, and Marketing to deliver initiatives and resolve issues.
- Champion the voice of the customer by identifying opportunities to improve Net Promoter Score and product experiences while balancing commercial, operational and regulatory considerations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to help identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
