Job Description
Support HR Business Partners and Leaders with a variety of People activities across a complex, dynamic and highly visible organisation.
Deliver people initiatives that support culture, capability, engagement and business performance.
Part-time, 2 days per week, 12 month fixed term role based at our Mascot Head Office

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People Consulting Team as a Senior Advisor, partnering with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver strategic people programs, organisational change initiatives and operational HR support across a diverse portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of people matters, helping leaders navigate change while contributing to initiatives that drive culture, capability and business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver strategic People programs and initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence.
Support organisational design, restructures, people transitions and change initiatives across multiple business units.
Provide operational HR support during peak periods, including recruitment, induction and cyclical people activities.
Analyse workforce challenges and people data to identify insights and support effective business solutions.
Contribute to culture, engagement, talent and capability initiatives that enhance organisational performance.
Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders, delivering practical HR advice and people solutions.
Collaborate across the People community to drive best-practice outcomes and continuous improvement.
You'll have
Previous experience in a Human Resources or People Advisory role.
Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment lifecycle processes.
Strong relationship management skills, able to build rapport and trust.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Experience supporting organisational change and business initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
