About you You are passionate about person-centred care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also meet the following criteria: Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA. Extensive knowledge and experience with provision of care within an aged care facility. Demonstrated ability to perform initial and ongoing assessments, to support AN-ACC classifications and request/s for reclassification as indicated by change in clinical condition of consumers. Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuous improvement. Computer literacy with word-processing and data base programs All appointments are made subject to the required security screening including National Criminal History and an immunisation status appropriate to the role, including the annual Influenza vaccination.
