What you'll be doing
As a Casual Administrative Officer Level 4, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support across a range of services to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the department. Working in a flexible and dynamic environment, you will assist with reception duties, data entry, record management, scheduling, correspondence, financial and procurement processes, and general office administration. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, provide excellent customer service to staff, patients, and stakeholders, and contribute to maintaining a professional, efficient, and responsive workplace while adhering to NSW Health policies and procedures.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  1. Describe a time when you managed competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. How did you ensure all tasks were completed accurately and on time?
  2. Provide an example of how you delivered excellent customer service when dealing with a difficult customer, patient, or stakeholder. What was the outcome?
  3. This role requires flexibility to work across different teams and locations. Describe a situation where you had to quickly adapt to a new workplace, team, or process. How did you ensure you were able to contribute effectively?
  4. Tell us about your experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage administrative tasks. How have you used technology to improve efficiency or accuracy?
