About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This position is responsible for the provision of efficient and professional administrative support for both The Charles Perkins Royal Prince Alfred Clinic and its Operations Manager. This includes but is not limited to, front desk reception duties, telephone enquiries, patient and participant scheduling/bookings, patient billing and ordering.

Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated working knowledge of Cerner, patient registration and billing programs.
Ability to work under pressure, to resolve patient issues and adapt to constantly changing demands.
Has high attention to detail.
