Compliance Business Partner

The Role

• Oversee and continuously improve the Pacific compliance program and Annual Compliance Plan.
• Provide strategic regulatory advice to leadership and stakeholders across both WTW segments.
• Drive functional projects and improvement initiatives aligned to OGC and WTW objectives.
• Engage confidently with business clients, government regulators, and external parties.
• Report key issues and recommendations to the Head of Legal & Compliance - Pacific and Compliance Director, International.
  

The Requirements

• 5+ years' proven experience in compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand regulatory frameworks; deep expertise preferred.
• Deep experience in financial services laws and regulation (including ASIC); insurance/insurance broking exposure preferred.
• Professional services advisory experience is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder influence, discretion, and calm under pressure-paired with commercial pragmatism.
• Ability to support compliance aspects of M&A (including due diligence) and guide regulatory change impacts.
