We're looking for experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across qualia's luxury restaurants. From welcoming guests and confidently managing your own section to anticipating every detail of service, you'll create memorable moments that reflect the personalised hospitality qualia is renowned for.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with luxury hospitality standards

• Confidently manage your own section while maintaining impeccable attention to detail

• Build genuine relationships with guests through warm, personalised and intuitive service

• Present menus and confidently recommend food, wine and beverage pairings

• Present, open and pour wines with professionalism and confidence

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with confidence and discretion

• Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and outlet standards at all times

• Uphold food safety, RSA and company service standards

• Contribute to creating unforgettable dining experiences worthy of a Chef Hat-awarded restaurant

What we're looking for

You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for luxury dining and personalised guest service. You thrive in a premium environment, enjoy building meaningful guest relationships and understand the importance of consistency, professionalism and attention to detail.

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience in a premium, luxury or Chef Hat-awarded restaurant

• Strong a la carte service and section management experience

• Sound food, wine and beverage knowledge

• Experience presenting, opening and pouring wine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A polished, professional presentation with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced service environment

• Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)

• Drivers Licence (Essential)
