About the Role
Join our team as an HR Business Partner and play a pivotal role in building a high-performing, people-first culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving organisational capability, and delivering real business impact.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and performance management to employee relations, organisational change, and leadership development. This role blends strategic influence with day-to-day people support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position supports multiple sites across our APAC operations, and regular interstate travel is required. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with leaders and teams, gaining a deep understanding of operational challenges, and delivering practical people solutions that support business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and deliver aligned HR solutions
  • Coach and advise on performance management, capability uplift, and employee relations matters
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives
  • Design, develop and deliver organisational development initiatives, including leadership development, talent programs and capability frameworks
  • Drive workforce planning, talent and succession planning activities
  • Support leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams
  • Analyse people data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support compliance with employment legislation, modern awards and company policies across multiple sites

About You
You are a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, influencing leaders and creating positive workplace outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are equally comfortable working strategically and rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day operational needs.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards and HR best practice
  • Exposure to Manufacturing and/or Food & Beverage awards highly regarded
  • Experience in organisational development (OD) design and delivery, including leadership, capability and talent initiatives
  • Strong employee relations and performance management experience
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness and ability to undertake regular interstate travel
