This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Managers and Services teams on projects where precision, coordination and technical excellence matter. Whether you're currently a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer or Project Engineer, this role offers exposure to large-scale mission-critical projects and a genuine pathway for career growth. The Opportunity Working within a collaborative project team, you'll take ownership of specific project packages and scopes of work, supporting delivery from procurement through to completion. You'll work closely with Trade Partners, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive programme outcomes, coordinate technical documentation and ensure the highest standards of quality and project delivery are achieved. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem solving, is highly organised and wants to develop their career delivering some of Australia's most complex construction projects. What You'll Do; Own specific project packages and scopes of work across complex Data Centre developments Drive programme outcomes by ensuring materials, approvals, drawings and critical information are available when required Build and manage strong relationships with Trade Partners and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and programme objectives are achieved Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor onboarding and package delivery throughout the project lifecycle Review shop drawings, technical submissions and project documentation to ensure compliance, buildability and alignment with project requirements Support design coordination across consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to resolve issues before they impact delivery Drive Quality Assurance outcomes through inspections, documentation management and subcontractor accountability Identify risks, remove delivery roadblocks and maintain project momentum Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Managers and Services teams on technically complex projects Contribute to a positive team culture and support the development of Graduates and Cadets What You'll Bring Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline Experience working for a Head Contractor in a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer or Project Engineer capacity Exposure to the delivery of large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical or technically complex projects Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from procurement and design coordination through to construction delivery and project close-out Experience managing subcontractors, coordinating project packages and driving programme outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Trade Partners, consultants and project teams A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments Experience using industry platforms such as Aconex, HammerTech, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam or similar Highly Desirable; Previous experience delivering Data Centre or mission-critical projects Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder Completion of a structured Graduate Programme with a recognised Head Contractor Exposure to services-intensive projects involving significant mechanical and electrical interfaces Why Kapitol?
