The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is seeking casual Food and Beverage Team Leaders to join our team at Perth Airport (Terminal 3), working across our cafes, restaurants and bars. As a Team Leader, you'll guide and inspire our front of house team to deliver exceptional service, uphold high standards, and create memorable guest experiences. Flexible availability is required for this role.

This hands on leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys leading high performing teams, and is ready to take their next career adventure to new heights.

What you will do?

• Lead, inspire, train, and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Provide hands-on service, showcasing your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining areas
• Ensure all service areas are set up, maintained, and guest-ready at all times
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs
• Drive sales by leading upselling strategies and executing promotional initiatives
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
• Approved Manager Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Skilled in bar operations
• Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
• Fleixibilty to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
