Digital Partner Marketing Manager
Your role in a nutshell
As the Digital Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enabling a portfolio of strategic technology partners to successfully plan, execute and optimise go-to-market (GTM) marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, customer acquisition and measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with client stakeholders and partner marketing teams, you'll translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans, providing guidance throughout campaign execution while leveraging data and insights to maximise performance. You'll act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them accelerate growth through scalable, repeatable marketing programmes aligned with broader business objectives.

Partner GTM Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategic go-to-market marketing plans aligned to client priorities and solution offerings.
Translate complex marketing strategies into clear, practical plans that partners can execute.
Define target audiences, messaging, value propositions and channel strategies.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, partner managers and sales teams to align marketing priorities.
Campaign Activation & Execution
Guide partners through the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Enable partners to leverage available campaigns, incentives and marketing programmes.
Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently while following established best-practice frameworks.
Drive consistent and scalable execution across your assigned partner portfolio.
Pipeline & Performance Management
Drive partner marketing activity that contributes to lead generation, pipeline growth and opportunity creation.
Monitor campaign performance across key funnel metrics, including leads, referrals and pipeline.
Analyse campaign data and provide recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement.
Ensure marketing activity is measurable and directly linked to business outcomes.
Partner Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 15-20 strategic partners.
Influence partner priorities through strong communication and consultative engagement.
Lead partner meetings, planning sessions and marketing workshops with confidence.
Data-Driven Marketing
Use dashboards and reporting tools to prioritise marketing investment and activity.
Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps early and recommend corrective actions.
Translate campaign insights into practical recommendations for partners.
Maintain governance, reporting accuracy and consistent use of marketing performance frameworks.
Operational Excellence
Manage multiple partners using structured frameworks, templates and playbooks.
Deliver consistent, high-quality execution across planning, delivery and reporting cycles.
Contribute to globally standardised marketing processes while adapting to local market requirements.
Maintain strong organisation and execution across multiple concurrent priorities.
Required Experience, Skills & Capabilities
8-10+ years' experience in B2B, digital or partner marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
Proven experience working with channel or alliance partners, including software vendors, systems integrators, managed service providers or similar partner ecosystems.
Strong experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and demand generation campaigns.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys and marketing funnel optimisation.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on pipeline generation and measurable business outcomes.
Experience analysing campaign performance using dashboards, reporting tools and marketing analytics.
Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple partners and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
