This is far more than a traditional HR Generalist role, it's an opportunity to partner with operational leaders, navigate complex people matters and contribute to the continued evolution of our People function. What you'll be doing Partner with operational leaders across Victoria, NSW and ACT Coach and support leaders through employee and industrial relations matters Conduct investigations and manage performance, disciplinary and grievance processes Build leadership capability through practical coaching and advice Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational change Analyse workforce trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What you'll bring Experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Generalist role Exposure to Blue Collar industry Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience Confidence managing investigations and complex workplace matters Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills Commercial thinking and a pragmatic approach Experience supporting operational or multi-site businesses (highly regarded) About Us AMA Collision is Australia's largest collision repair network, with more than 130 repair centres across Australia and New Zealand.
