As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in a retail environment however we are open to other transferable skills from other industries. The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high operational standards; such as visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Strong coaching and communication skills that bring out the best in others. Confidence making decisions and driving accountability across the store. Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment. Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must!
