What You Will Be Doing No two weeks are the same! You will be involved in: Providing technical support to regional operations and maintenance teams. Troubleshooting and resolving complex treatment plant issues. Optimising plant performance and reliability. Supporting maintenance planning and execution. Assisting with commissioning and improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with operators, maintenance crews, contractors and technical specialists. From hands-on problem solving through to technical advice and plant optimisation, this role offers genuine variety. Travel is a significant part of the position, with regular visits to regional treatment plants throughout Western Australia. This may include: Multi-day site visits. Extended periods supporting regional teams. Exposure to a broad range of treatment technologies and operational environments. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated and proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding practical solutions. You Will ideally bring: A Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualification Water industry experience, particularly in treatment plant operations or maintenance. Experience working with complex treatment processes and systems. Strong commitment to safety. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. A willingness to travel regularly throughout regional WA. The ability to work independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
