Apply Job no: TDRKD Category: Store Support Centre Hands-on role with Meta & TikTok campaigns Make a measurable impact on growth and sales Flexible hybrid working and great team benefits In this newly created role you'll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through high-performing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging social platforms. Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Data and Ecommerce teams to develop, execute and optimise Paid Social strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You'll bring a data-driven mindset, a passion for continuous improvement and deep platform expertise to help us reach and engage parents at every stage of their journey. What you'll be doing Develop, execute and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms. Drive customer acquisition, engagement and sales through data-driven campaign strategies. Manage campaign performance, budgets and ROAS through ongoing testing, learning and optimisation. Analyse campaign and audience data to uncover insights and improve results. Partner with Marketing, Creative and Ecommerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow channel performance. Act as the Paid Social subject matter expert, championing best practice and continuous improvement.
