As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from Senior Planners interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for fuel terminal, bulk storage, pipeline and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, milestones and operational requirements.
Lead the planning and scheduling process across all project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project closeout activities.
Monitor project progress against approved baselines, identifying schedule risks, delays and opportunities, and implementing recovery plans where required.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate planning assumptions, resource allocation and schedule updates.
Prepare detailed planning reports, dashboards and schedule analyses, providing clear insights into project performance, critical path activities and forecast completion dates.
Support project controls and governance processes through effective schedule management, change control, risk assessment and the development of scenario and what-if analyses to support decision-making.
About you
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Project Planner within fuel terminals, bulk storage, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or major infrastructure projects.
Advanced proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, with strong expertise in developing, analysing and maintaining complex project schedules.
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, critical path analysis, risk management, resource planning, and schedule recovery strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with project managers, engineering teams, contractors and operational personnel.
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving, communication and reporting skills, capable of translating complex project data into actionable insights for project and business leaders.
